Leeds Day bolsters service offering with new hires and promotions

Leeds Day has added to the strength of its offering across private client and personal injury services with the recruitment of new hires and internal promotions.,

Helen Wilkins, an associate solicitor with more than 6 years experience in private client will offer comprehensive services in Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, Probate and administration of Estates, Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorneys and Court of Protection.

Helen’s appointment follows the recent appointment of Claire Sturt who has 28 years of industry experience, 24 of those within private client services.

Louisa Earnscliffe, an associate chartered legal executive with more than 13 years industry experience also joins the personal injury team dealing with claims and investigating liability disputes, valuing quantum, negotiating settlement and litigating cases up to trial, including attending court with the advocate..

We are also proud to announce the internal promotion of Kelly Baxter who, formerly a personal assistant in the personal injury team, now becomes a paralegal and will assist Louisa and the rest of the team with personal injury work ranging from portal claims to trial preparation.

Mohammed Hafiaz, Partner and head of Litigation and Dispute services says: “We are pleased to have Louisa on board who brings with her a great deal of knowledge and experience, not just from claimant personal injury work but also defendant - a poacher turned game-keeper, if you will!. We are also very proud to promote Kelly who, after nearly 10 years in the team, is now taking on a more fee-earner led role to further assist our clients”.
