About me

Andria joined Leeds Day in 2001 as a Conveyancing Executive before embarking on the challenge of studying part time with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives alongside her work with the firm.

She was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2015.

About my work

Andria specialises in residential property and has substantial experience of dealing with a whole range of conveyancing transactions including:-

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases;

• Shared ownership sales and purchases;

• New builds, including transactions with Help to Buy equity loans;

• Transactions using Help to Buy and Lifetime ISA’a

• Re-mortgages;

• Transfers of equity.

She also has expertise in dealing with Equity Release schemes and Lifetime Mortgages, guiding clients through what can be a complicated process.

Andria strives to provide a friendly, professional and efficient service to all clients.
